Jenny Yao has been specializing in residential, commercial and investment properties throughout New Jersey since 2003. Jenny is known for the knowledge, enthusiasm, patience and integrity she brings to her work, and for her dedication to customer satisfaction. She looks out for the best interests of her customers.
Jenny has earned a number of professional designations including Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Certified Internet Professional (e-PRO). She has continuously received NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Awards® since 2005.
Jenny is a member of National Association of REALTORS and a member of the following New Jersey real estate associations and services: New Jersey Association of REALTORS, Monmouth County Association of REALTORS, Middlesex County Association of REALTORS, TReND (Multiple Listing Service for Burlington, Camden, Glouceser, Mercer, and Salem counties), Garden State Multiple Listing Service, Hudson Multiple Listing Service, and New Jersey Multiple Lising Service.
Jenny was born in Taiwan and is fluent in both English and Chinese. She and her husband live in Marlboro, New Jersey. She enjoys travel, shopping, movies, and music. She is also a member of Middlesex County Regional Chamber of commerce and notary public.
Prior to entering the real estate field, Jenny was a technical manager in the telecommunication industry. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from University of Minnesota and Master of Science Degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
